1)Knott County Central (25-2):

Knott County Central comes into the district tournament at 6-0 running over everyone in their district. The Patriots are the top team not only in the district but in the region as well. Knott County Central will enter the district tournament looking to win it’s 6 straight district championship.

2)Letcher County Central (16-10):

Letcher County Central comes in at 3-3 and owns the tie breaker with June Buchanan. Letcher County Central split the regular season with June Buchanan, losing 35-34 to the Crusaders and winning 72-69 in double overtime. This should be a dandy of a first round matchup.

3)June Buchanan (12-9):

The Crusaders are 3-3 in district play including a thrilling win over Letcher County Central. June Buchanan is looking to get back to the regional tournament, a place they haven’t been since 2010.

4)Jenkins (6-18):

Jenkins has had a difficult season this year and it doesn’t get any easier with a first round district game against the #1 seed, Knott County Central, a team that has demolished the Cavaliers 85-57 and 90-37 this season.

Camron Justice (Knott County Central) the best player in the 14th region and he keeps showing why every single game averaging 24.3 points per game. Camron shoots 42.6% from behind the arc.
