I'm heading to Louisville around 5am, how bad are the roads? I will also be going to Floyds Knob, Indiana. Mostly I will be on the outer loop and the Watterson. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Roads were improving when I was on my way home at 4pm. Still mostly snow covered but definitely passable. You should be fine in those areas in Louisville.

 

There is a State of Emergency in Floyd Co., IN. I would look into that tomorrow before you head over there. Don't want to get yourself a ticket.
