Bright Future

Featured Replies

The Future is looking bright for the 10th Region. Mason, Clark, Paris and Nicholas County all have great JV and Freshman teams. Mason, Clark and Paris are all exceptional on defense and pressure teams as well as some varsity programs. Nicholas County is full of shooters and can light up any gym. Not really heard anything about Brossart or Campbell, but these four teams will be at the top of the region!! Any thoughts??

Brossart and Campbell County both have nice JV teams.

Brossart is presently 14-1 with the lone loss coming to Holmes. We have defeated Highlands (who defeated NCC), DIxie Heights, Campbell County, and NCC.

IF Brossart can defeat the Scott JVs tonight, we would get a re-match with Campbell County in the 37th District FInals on Saturday morning at 11:30am at Scott High School. Our win over Campbell County was by one point in the Crosstown Classic at the Campbell County Middle School.

Campbell County's Freshmen defeated the Mustang greenies handily, but past performance is not an indication of future success when it comes to comparing how things will play out down the road. Brossart normally plays catch-up, as we develop our players and have them buy into our defensive schemes. Our present 14-1 JVs were 13-12 as freshmen.

They will be joining junior big man Jackson Crawford and junior Jake Zai, which should make us formidable.
