Final

David Simmons leads the Colonels with 21 points. Bryce Crowley with 15 & Brady Norman 14.

This one was over before it started. Looks like this OC team has quit. There were numerous plays where they didn't make any effort to get back on defense after a turnover. Believe Henderson had at least 7 dunks. Henderson was throwing lobs and hitting 3's vs their 2-3 zone and no adjustments. Credit goes to HC for not pressing this team. If they did, the score at the half would have been worse than down 35 at half. Running clock the ENTIRE second half. Pulled starters at the 6:30 mark of 3rd.

Smithhart as a rule does not pour it on like some coaches. After the starters get thier points, he usually puts the jv's in but the jv team can beat a lot of schools. The question for Coach Smithhart this year is very simple -- Can he get by the Hopkinsville schools and win the region? This is the best chance Hendo has had in several years. Coach Mark Starns could not and helped lead to his departure. The jury is still out and The Hopkinsville Tigers will deliver the verdict.
