What does Doss need to do to improve in 2015? What do they need to keep doing to be successful? Remember, please be constructive.

Doss went through the coaching change this past season. Transition sometimes is tough and developing their new identity came late in the season. There are 50 kids returning and a strong base of young players. Doss was 4-1 in district play and lost the tie breaker to Fairdale. Doss also was beat in the 2nd round in OT. The JV team had a great season and there are several freshman that played on Friday nights as well. Doss is moving up to 5A in 2015 and has a new looking schedule from past years. The major focus for Doss nest year is in developing a big group of OL. There is always a barn full of skill kids at Doss and the coaching staff is really intent on adding a big, strong group of lineman. Developing the OL will go far in improving their balance and moving them into later rounds in the playoffs.
