This locks up the 2 seed for Powell County. Lee County and Owsley County will determine their place next week, Owsley either needs to win or lose by 5 or less to stay in the 3 spot and a chance at Powell County.....Lee County must defeat Owsley County by 7+ to get out of the 4 spot.
