Congratulations to the Ludlow Panthers and also to Junior Flame Thrower Donnie Scheid for their victory on Wed. Scheid threw 6 solid innings and struck out 6 to pick up his 1st career victory on the varsity level. Scheid kept the Tigers off balance all day with a blazing fastball and a dazzling array of breaking stuff that is certain to make him one of NKY top pitchers this year. Scheid shows incredibile poise on the mound and isn't afraid to throw the high and tight chin music and then catch them guessing with a big lollypop curve. This kid has moxy and is fun to watch. Again congratulations Panthers and congratulations Donnie Scheid.:thumb: :thumb:

I love Donnie, great kid...Is he really that good? I haven't gotten a chance to see the Panthers play this season, but I certainly hope the kid lives up to such high praise. Congrats to Donnie and the Panthers on the conference victory.:thumb:
