What i am hear is that, Augusta's coach is the AD and has to be present for the Boys.

Was really looking forward to the game. Girls are playing well, but there is no better sharpening tool than game experience. Plus a regional matchup

You are correct. Mrs Rebecca Arnold is the girls head coach and the athletic director. They are out of school for the rest of the week due to being in the all a. I would not call it frustrating because these kids want to be there to support their team in this tournament. I'm sure that's a part of it. And if Augusta was to win their first round game they will be playing Friday evening and would want as many of their student body and fans there. To be frustrated about that isn't fair to the participating school.

 

Now I'm confident a make up date will come to light if that's what you are hearing. And neither team will loose a game on the schedule. Flexibility by all teams involved is a great thing to have.

Is it possible to get another game for Friday night? I understand wanting to keep your girls momentum going. And a good competitive game is the best solution. I'm sure when this game was scheduled the all a probably wasn't even considered. :thumb:

Naa. And don't misunderstand me I am happy for the Augusta boys, we have friends on the team. Just venting at the scheduling conflict.

I understand completely. I see you point and if I was in that situation I would feel the same way. Good luck to Scott High in the remainder of the season hopefully our teams will meet up again down the road and hopefully we can get a little redemption on the whoopin we got a few weeks ago. :thumb:
