1983 movie with Mr.T, Gary Busey, and a bunch of others. Maybe it was my age at the time, but I thought this movie was hilarious. Still quote the stupid thing. The Gary Busey commercial was on yesterday and I looked at my boys and said "I don't work on January the 8th, Cause that's Elvis' birthday". Obviously, I was the only one in on it.
