Lightning Strike After NFL Game Hospitalizes 7

TAMPA — A lightning strike that hit in a Raymond James Stadium parking lot shortly after Sunday’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers game ended sent at least seven people to the hospital, according to Tampa Fire Rescue.

 

Luckily, St. Joe's Main is a couple of blocks from Raymond James.

 

Lot 14 is a big lot. Part of it is across from the private lot where Mrs. S and I tailgate. However we did not go today.

 

The main reason we decided not to go to the game, was the weather. Between delays, traffic, and the game, I figured we'd have had no time to get things needed done at home for the Christmas day #1 on Tuesday.

They interviewed a guy who's SUV was most damaged by the strike. He was a Packer fan from Wisconsin, not a local.
