Nicholas was down 23-13 at halftime, but outscored the Wolverines 46-22 in the 2nd half.

Jackets struggled offensively in first half without leading-scorer, Tyler Newton. Newton has an elbow injury from a hard foul and fall late in the Pendleton County game on Saturday. His status is unknown for the next game, a district showdown, with Robertson County on Friday night. Full court pressure and 7 charges taken were the difference in the second half. Ben Duncan and Dillon Webb add 8 apiece and freshman, Spencer Morris and sophomore, Trent Letcher chip in 4 each to spark Nicholas County to victory. Devin Trussell goes for 10 points, 5 rebounds, 4 charges taken, and 3 steals. :clap:
