Historically, 3A (the old 2A) is the always the weakest class. This year is no different in my opinion, but this year is an oddity for 5A and there is a valid and solid argument for 5A as the weakest class.

 

In my opinion:

Class 6A is the strongest class as a whole.

Class 4A is next this year.

Class 1A is the next with 7 teams that can compete with and beat the upper teams in 2A and 3A.

Class 5A is normally second by obviously not this year.

Class 3A is still the weakest overall.
