It's Senior Day in Park Hills. I salute all of the Colonels who have put in the time and effort over the years. Having been through CCH SR Day as a parent I know the commitment required and the pressure that comes with it. Higher expectations that 99% of the schools. When you come up short you hear about it. Just goes with the territory - the good with the bad.

 

There's something unique about football as compared to other sports. Hard to describe. Those who played know what I mean. The boys will as well once they're away from it.

 

So I salute every one of you and I'm excited about all of your futures. You've repped the community and your families well and will do so not just down the homestretch of the season but once you hang 'em up.

 

Well done, gentlemen.

 

With a spirit...don't forget that.

Senior night always makes me sad to see those guys go. Good luck to all the guys experiencing or about to experience their last home game.
