Great game last night. Wolfe got down by 14 early but wouldn't quit. Great showing by Wolfe County as the game wasn't decided until .2 seconds left in the game. Looked like Wolfe might pull off the upset, But they had 4 kids foul out....2 early in the 4th quarter but they kept fighting and Letcher Central held on....Have to hand it to LCC, they did what they had to do to .........win.

The Lady Wolves showed tremendous heart like they have all season.....Great Season Lady Wolves and good luck LCC.

Did Morris play for LCC. I know at KCC last week she went out early in the game with a bad ankle sprain against KCC in the finals, and tried to return against the pain and hurt of it but just couldn't play. I sure hope she is ok!

I heard her name on the radio some, don't know how much she played, but I do know she was in the game at times.

Wolfe has a good team but it is hard for small schools to compete agianst the Larger schools like LCC. Congrats to Coach Adams on his win.

 

Good Luck in the future to Coach Bell. He always seems to have a good team but just cant get the hardware.

Yes I agree Augger. I think Wolfe made a statement keeping it that close with LCC.
