oldgrappler Posted September 23, 2014 Posted September 23, 2014 Boone 2, Conner 1 Hard to predict with Boone still down 5-6 players. I think Boone has some trouble scoring but manages two goals to win. Besides the coaches poll indicates Boone should win.
Yellow Card Posted September 23, 2014 Author Posted September 23, 2014 I also think that Boone wins tonight Oldgrappler, I think it will be 3-1 though. Will they be back at full strength for this Thursday's match with Ryle?
oldgrappler Posted September 23, 2014 Posted September 23, 2014 I'll have to ask about that. I don't count very well and the suspensions were supposed to be for 5 games. I think that started with the game following Scott. Ryle is our biggest rival and it sure would be nice to be at full strength (well, minus two players that are no longer on the team). I'll try to get back with the answer to your question before Thursday's game with Ryle. You won't tell the Ryle coach, will you? :sssh: In the meantime, Go Rebels, beat the Cougars.
oldgrappler Posted September 23, 2014 Posted September 23, 2014 Okay, according to the schedule, Ryle will be the 6th game since Scott. So, if things hold true, then yes, Boone should have all its players back who were out on suspension (who are still on the team). There are a couple of injuries and those players' status will be assessed game-by-game. I suppose most teams are dealing with various injuries. Players play on sore ankles, knees, ribs, etc. It will be interesting to see if the starters who were out with red will get to start or if they will come off the bench. Let's hope they quickly shake off the rust. Now I won't have anything to say when you post the Boone v Ryle prediction thread. I'll try to think of something between now and then. In the meantime, Go Rebels, beat the Cougars!

Kudos, to him, on how he has handled the behavioral issues... hopefully it is behind them once the suspensions are completed. I will not breathe a word of any of this to the Ryle coach, not a fan of giving up inside info to a Rival. As for something to post on the Boone/Ryle thread... just copy and paste what you said above... it is more than 24 hours away so it falls way outside of my memory capacity.
