19th District champ Bethlehem (24-12) and 17th champ Elizabethtown (27-7) meet tonight at 6:30 at Central Hardin. Of course, this start time is weather contingent, as the 5th Region tournament has been plagued by weather delays (finals originally scheduled for Wednesday).

Elizabethtown has been dominant, winning both games by mercy rule in the region. Bethlehem has had a tougher time of it, having to rally late for a 6-5 win over defending region champs Central Hardin before yesterday's easy 13-0 win over Campbellsville.

The Eagles and Panthers met once this season, a 1-0 Elizabethtown home win behind starter Hunter Sullivan's 2-hitter. The Eagles' Alan Webb allowed three of his five hits in the first inning, as well as the lone Panther run. Both these pitchers are expected to start today. Should be a dandy.
