Cooper Jags JV Win 2 in a round robin vs Dixie (10-0) and Boone Co (16-5)

Coop Squad
in KY Baseball (High School)

Featured Replies

Beat Dixie JV in 5 innings 10-0, then in the twin bill beat Boone Co 16-5.

Cooper Jags JV had a rough start to the season starting 1-6 since then have won 8 of their last 9 now with a record of 9-7.

The team is coming on strong with improved pitching, defense, and hitting.

Props to the JV team for working hard and turning the season around.

Congrats to Cooper. They came out hitting from the first pitch and connected well all game. Rebel pitching struggled whole game and didn't get much help from defense either. Bone never did threaten until bottom of 5th, to cut lead to 9-5. After that Cooper kept adding on as bats kept red hot. Great offensive display by the jags in this one.

Boone falls to 9-5-1.

Rebel arms:

Hibbard 1.2 innings 5 R

Jackson 2.1 innings 4 R

Eickhoff 2 innings 4 R

Thacker 1 inning 3 R
