Boone County 8 Dixie Heights 1

Boone was lead by Knotts who went 4-4 with 2 RBI's. She also pitched allowed four hits 1 run and had 11 K's improving to 10-2.

Jackson went 2-4

Graham went 3-4

Mekenna Black hit a pinch hit 1B with 2 RBI's.

I watched the 1st 4 innings of this one, Boone absolutely "stung" the ball. Dallis Knotts was throwing BB's, and at the plate was on "fire". Leading off the game and batting from the left-side she slapped the ball into left-center, next two were solid strokes into center. Jackson was mashing the ball, as was Maddy Graham. :thumb:
