Another good outing for the young Tigers. Noah Huesman (BW) had control issues in the second inning, as the birds scored 5 of their runs, but he pulled it together to pitch 6 innings. Harrison Heist got the save.

[H Factor]

Drew Rom started on the bump and went 4 innings. Sam Hennigan finished the final 3 innings. Both pitched well. It's nice only using 2 arms in a 7 inning game.

 

Baby Birds had plenty of opportunity to score runs but did not capitalize. We had too many mistakes in the running game.

 

Kudos to BW defense. They made plays when needed. I believe they threw out 3 -4 runners at the plate.
