thisguy
Couple of nice "firsts" for Conner. Conner's Dustin Baker hit a bomb to left center for his first career varsity HR. And considering there was about a 30 mph headwind, it was indeed a bomb. Gosney gave up two runs in the first inning and settled down nicely to go the distance for his first varsity win. Some concern for Conner as J Williams came up a little lame while scoring on a wild pitch. Immediately grabbed his hamstring when he crossed the plate. Hopefully, nothing too serious and he's back in the lineup tonight vs Glen Este.
