Ballard had to rally in bottom of 7th, scoring 3 runs to salvage this one....Senior transfer pitcher, Mercer, was apparently in a car accident this morning, suffered a concussion and is out 4 weeks...that is the report I got...If incorrect, please clarify.

 

Hate to hear of any player get injured like that off the field...She's a sweet kid too...hoping it's only minor.

Heard the whole story from Doug (Dad) last night. She should be back sooner than 4 weeks. We all know concussions are taken very seriously though in HS sports as they should be. We all wish her a speedy recovery.
