Semi-finals of the 13th Region Tournament from The Arena at Corbin, showdown starts Saturday, March 8th at 6:30.

Williamsburg is a team that the Tigers had better not take lightly.

They now have All-State athlete Skylar Griffith back after he suffered a bad injury in the Class A Semifinal Football game against Raceland. He joins his brother to form a very nice 1-2 punch.

The Tigers got here by blasting Middlesboro by a final score of 82-36 in the opening round.

The Jackets got here by pulling a mild upset over the Knox Central team that many had picked to win the region by a final score of 47-44.

Should be a good one.

Who wins, by how much, and why?

Despite Williamsburg's upset of Knox Central I still have to go with Clay County, but considering that it is being played on a neutral court and Clay may still take W-burg lightly I don't think Clay will run over them like some might think.
