I have believed all year long that the region was going to be won by one of three teams, Graves, Calloway or McCracken. A week ago I posted on here that I thought the most likely to win the region in order was Graves, Calloway, McCracken, Marshall, St Mary, Tilghman. Calloway has now lost 2 of its last 3 games at Marshall and at home to Tilghman. Marshall recently lost at home to Murray. Tilghman recently lost at McCracken by 20 points.

Graves has lost 3 games all season to Kentucky teams. One in a fairly close game at Hopkinsville and twice to McCracken. McCracken lost twice to Calloway, lost at Marshall and 10 days ago lost by 16 at St Mary, although they did beat St Mary the next night. St Mary got soundly beaten at Marshall and lost at Tilghman by 5 less than two weeks ago. The region is almost undefinable.

I believe Graves is the favorite at this point, but they will not want to play McCracken if possible. McCracken didn't just beat them twice they handled them. Matchups are going to play a huge role. And what is going on with Calloway? They are the most talented team in the region but they appear to be digressing. Watching these next couple of weeks will be very interesting.
