Is there more you could provide on King? He isn't a name I've heard much about, but I know that LCA has some real talent, especially in the younger classes. You'll find a lot of kids on elite AAU teams whose school listing is LCA.

Why would a kid not want to play at Scott Co? Great facilities. Great program. Played on national Tv...lots of exposure. I by no means am saying anything as far as your point but great programs recruit themselves on a higher degree. Scott is no longer in the conversation as far as "questionable" activity goes around the state. 14th region and 10th region quickly come to mind...I'll leave it at that.

Heard that he's most likely gone at the end of the season and that Jaron Brown is the most likely replacement. Some of the above players being gone (some back and not others... basically Washington, Claitt, and Walker) probably has something to do with it. Don't think the parents are happy with Allen. Claitt and Walker being his two best Juniors this year probably doesn't help things either.

Not sure what AAU team he plays with, but he starts JV for LCA, and gets spot minutes for Varsity. He's listed at 6-4 208 on their website, and i'd say that's pretty accurate. He's a good athlete that has a good skill set that not many kids with that size at that age have. I'd look for him to be a major contributor next year.

He's very young for his grade (late summer birthday). Good size for a freshman and put together well. Dad is 6'8" and former D1 player. Has excellent hands and a solid stroke. Great kid from a great family. He has a bright future.

I'm going to say that the Lexington Catholic - Lexington Christian Academy rivalry is going to get pretty intense over the next decade.
