Another exciting week has came and gone in the 15^th region. Let’s go back and take a look at all the action that took place throughout the week.

 

 

Lawrence County 80 Magoffin County 64

Bulldogs traveled to Salyersville to take on Magoffin County region game that would turnout to be a 16 point win for Lawrence County.

 

Robert Dalton lead Lawrence County with 22 points. Brandon Richardson added 19 points while Timmy Dalton put up 15.

 

Jeffrey Bolen led Magoffin County with 24 points. Cory Pitts added 21 for the Hornets.

 

Lawrence County goes to 4-1.

 

Magoffin County goes to 3-3.

 

These two teams will meet again on January 28^th.

 

 

Sheldon Clark 64 Prestonsburg 62

Cardinals traveled to Prestonsburg to put their undefeated streak on the line against a 2-2 Prestonsburg Blackcat Team. In a game that would go back and forth and stay close throughout, Sheldon Clark would pull out a 64-62 win.

 

Chase Parsley lead the Cardinals with 21. Dylan James added 20 and Ethan Blackburn put in 12.

 

Prestonsburg was lead by Dalton Frasure who had 23 points. Jarrian Hall added 17 and Jarredd Jarrell put in 14.

 

Sheldon Clark goes to 4-0.

 

Prestonsburg goes to 2-3.

 

 

Pike County Central 65 Paintsville 53

Pike County Central and Paintsville battled it out on the hardwood with Pike Central coming out on top, 65-53.

 

Tyler Burnette lead the Hawks with 21. Ethan Blackburn added 17.

 

Lane Daniels lead Paintsville with 18 points. Quinton Hensley added 11.
