Series History: First Meeting

 

Daviess County is the largest school that South Warren has ever played. Prior to this, they had matched up only with Logan County and Greenwood from 5A, never a 6A school. So despite the sparkling 6-0 record and dominant defense that recorded its 5th shutout the other night, the Panthers pose a potential threat to the Spartans. Daviess County enters at 3-2 and have not lost since dropping their first two games to Owensboro and Owensboro Catholic.
