Butler Bears down the Bullitt East Chargers 2-0 tonight at Ulmer Stadium in Louisville.

This one surprised me....a lot.

Butler v. Mercy, Friday Night at 530 for the 6th Region ticket to BBQ-Town.

Can't believe I'm going to be forced to root for Billy Bell, but....GO BEARS!!!

The game is 5:30 Thursday night at Ulmer.

My error. Thursday at 730 following the 7th Region Championship which is played at 530.

Tough one to lose but hats off to Butler they got the hit when they needed it. The 6th inning was where BE had their best chance left the bases loaded. I think East ended up leaving 7 or 8 on base just couldn't get the hit when they needed it. Thought Raymer hit a grand slam in the 6th but Umpire says it hooked foul before it went over. Of course the fans in the OF grass said it was fair, but Ump says foul.... What can you do..... LOL.....

Wow if it was a fair ball that would be one heck of a way to lose a game.

Or one heck of a way to win one!!! In famous words It is what it is!!!!!

How did that work out for you?

HA! Like I said before, that's why I don't go to casinos!!

With Butler being the other Traditional HS in town, we have a lot of close ties between the two. Glad to see them have such a strong season.
