What is everybody's thoughts?

3 of the top teams in one district. Bourbon should win over Paris. The MoCo vs GRC could go either way. They have split in the regular season. IF GRC gets by MoCo they have played Bourbon closer than anyone else in the region. I do believe that the 10th region winner will come from this district.
