The 14 weight classes are 103, 112, 119, 125, 130, 135, 140, 145, 152, 160, 171, 189, 215, and 275. After Jan 15, the wrestlers are allowed an additional 2 pounds. Therefore, a wrestler could weigh in at 132 and still wrestle in the 130lb weight class. A wrestler must "certify" in a weight class to wrestle in the regional and state tournaments. To certify in a weight class, a wrestler must have at least half his weigh-ins in a specific weigh class. For example, if over half of a wrestler's weigh-ins are between 146 and 152 pounds, that wrestler becomes certified in the 152 pound weight class. The wrestler can move up in weight, but not down.

If you are asking about minimum then they can only move up 1 wt. class.

examples. 119 wt class prior to Jan 15 would be 103.1 to 119. A wresltier weighing 103.1 would qualify for 112 lb. weight class and be able to move up one class to 119.

After Jan 15 the 119 wt class is 105.1 to 121.
