Engineers are defending district champions and regional runner ups. Estill County returns most of their talent from a year ago including all of their pitchers. A lot of people expect them to be preseason ranked in the top 3 in the region. I would say that Estill County is the favorite to win the district tournament again, Powell lost a lot but will still be a good ball club, Owsley will be Owsley and Lee should be solid.

Also looks like Estill will have to reschedule Letcher County Central since they were scheduled for March 29 and Estill is playing Bryan Station on that night.
