Randy Parker Posted October 13, 2012 Author Posted October 13, 2012 LaRue County had three running backs go for 100 yards or more for the 2nd consecutive week in a row en route to a 33-6 win over rival E-town as the Hawks even up their record at 4-4 on the year. LaRue rushed for 417 yards as a team. Fullback Matt Hornback rushed for 125 yards while half backs Caleb Canter and Kelton Ford each went for 119 and 100 yards respectively. LaRue lead 14-0 at half, yet had two drives stall out inside E-towns 15 yd line. LaRue's defense held E-town to 163 total yards. The district championship is on the line next week for LaRue County as they take on Louisville Central in Louisville.
