Finished 3-2 for the weekend. Had a great time despite the tough losses against Carolina Elite and TN Worth.

How did Haylee Smith do? What position is she playing with the Doom and where is she batting in the lineup? Are there any other KY girls playing with the Doom?

Smith did well but even better yet, had a blast playing. She pitched and played second. Batted 3rd in line up. No other KY girls on the team. Team has one from West Virginia and the rest from Ohio.

Good for Haylee.:thumb:

Awesome to hear. Being with a team you like and having fun is 90% of the battle. Good luck next weekend and the remainder of the summer. I'm sure Haylee will continue to do well. Looking forward to continued updates throughout the summer.

Nice job, How was the college coaches there this weekend? With the Scenic City 16's going on in Chattanooga the same weekend not sure if that would draw more coaches to the Music City hits or take away from it.

Great to hear that Haylee is having a good time.

I think you would like this our team has started a drinking game among the parents. If you say the word High School and it is referring to softball you have to drink a cold one!! The first weekend back that was all everyone was talking about so I couldn't take it anymore. It has been a blast when people slip, of course I do it on purpose just as an excuse to have another.

Nice. That is awesome and one way to forget about the high school team and all the drama or at least laugh about it.

HAHAHA! I like the sounds of that game. Can think of a couple other words than high school that would work too

Yeah, didn't see any college coach activity this weekend. Because of Scenic, Music City was changed from showcase to qualifier at the last minute. It still made for a good weekend and some good drinking time. Congrats on your weekend in Kansas!

That's to bad, long way to go and a lot of money not to play in front of coaches.

Because of the change I know the team was refunded some money. Definitely would've been better to play in front of some college coaches but nice weekend none the less.
