Final from Russell County. Heath Ehrsam went 6+ innings to pick up the win and Will Lange hit a homerun for the Briar Jumpers. Somerset improves to 18-11 on the season. 15th ranked Glasgow falls to 24-6.

Big weekend for the Briar Jumpers. Somerset played 4 games in 24 hours at 2 different sites and went 3-1 against LCA, Prestonsburg, Russell County and Glasgow. Those 4 teams have a combined record of 85-42. The Jumpers seem to be hitting their stride as the district approaches.
