Mullins has done a great job of creating a culture at GC. And the talent level has dramatically increased over the past few years. New hires to the staff have proven their ability and commitment to the program and with the upcoming talent, I see nothing but a bright future for this program as long as they find the right fit to steer the ship. That being said, the school administration has to get in line and hire a coach that can grab the teams respect the same way Mullins did. I say good luck to Mullins and hope his replacement has as much fire and desire as he did. It seems the school administrators keep driving off good teachers and staff. This is the issue in my opinion.
