  1. I have noticed that the umpires have definitatly sqeezed the strike zone. If they think a kid is good or has a scholorship, they get a smaller strike zone. A quite unrealistic one at that. I know unpires are human, but they need to keep the game honest and have the same strike zone for all and be consistant. I feel there are some out there that should not be umpires. They don't seem to know the rules of the game as well as they should. If someone pitches fast in high school they can not keep up with it like they should, therefore not calling it correctly. I guess we just need better trained umpires overall. Ky high school Association needs to review and be more on top of what is going on in the field. It is high school ball and it is just not right when the umpires do the wrong things.
  2. The Engineer gave the web site that tells you all. It gives location, mission statement and phone numbers to call and ask questions.
  3. What do you need to know? Location, what they offer etc....
  4. I don't know anything about the Colonels. I only know aboaut the Kentucky Baseball Club 16 and Under team. They play at Western Kentucky this coming weekend.
  5. Coach Fucci coached the 15's for KY Baseball last year. He is not coaching the 16's this year. The kids on the 16 and under team are all 16 and under. The team you are refering to must be the 17's. The 16 and under KY team did not play the Colonles. as far as I know the kids on the 17 year old team are all 17. Maybe you all played the 15 year old team??
