  1. I heard the rumors but its just a rumor. And L.C. is right the "kid in question" is happy right here with L.C. and Coach Mitchell now I don't know about any line man that would leave. Once again the "kid in Question" has had the same things said many times, but still he remains. I hope you did'nt hear this rumor at the "coaches corner" in Fresh Mart..LOL
  2. Coach Mitchell is a great Coach/Roll model/Father figure and he will never now how much he means to this Lynn Camp Program, it will take someone really great to fill his shoes...Someday
  3. I guess you could say that we really didn't get it together as a TEAM till the 3rd qtr. Roskopf had 150 + yards Reynolds had maybe 100. A sleepy 1st half killed us.
  4. Chaffin was injured in he first or second drive of the game.
  5. Boy, Pugh sure played well, the play before the half killed us. The cats played a great second half but it takes four quarters. Jimmy Chaffin took a hit on the hip bone and could not run and cut, Roskopf really stepped it up. Jonah Mitchell the kicker played well he made 2 PATs and the line had a leak on the last one, that happens in good games. Good luck to both teams next week. And we will get back to work for next year.
  6. Like I said, a camper my self Good luck Hounds. I think all the teams in the area have played with class, pride, tradition maybe we all don't have championships, and we will all strive to get one but this thread is about Corbin, NOT a dream game that I know won't happen any time soon post... Les covered that about a month ago in the paper...REMEMBER !
  7. Since Blume is the best back in East or heck the whole state, and makes his (((TEAM))) so much better. I would like to see him play. I will not go and watch Lynn Camps Three Headed Monster play in the second round of the play-offs. Who would it be that they play???? Since he is the best in the whole state, surley he has made his team good enough to be in the play-offs. (LOL) (LOL)
  8. Joe Melton- Lynn Camp Wayne Sevier- Lynn Camp Jeff Root-Lynn Camp Matt Bargo was another good back from Corbin Zach Prewitt also. Better than Cook I would like to think so. And Durell White had a good year, not career. He hit the area at a down time. Stick him on the 97' 98' m-boro team, and at his peak he would be a back up. He is doing well at Kentucky but who would'nt. Not a Bowl contender you know.
  9. I saw Lawson play one quater of a game he rushed for 125 yards on 6 carries and he was sat down the rest of the game, think of the stats he would have if the coaches did not let up on weaker teams. And his senior year that happened alot. He also shared carries with the hoover kid.
  10. I don't know much about this team but I know Corbin is playing well, good luck to all area teams.
  11. I meant to say 98' "Typo" happens some times. Everyone to their own, but I do recall Coach Herman Offensive Cordinator from the University of Michigan, coming all the way down here and picking up Quentin at my parents house and going out to eat at Knox Co.'s own Hillbilly's Restarunt.
  12. Henson NEVER carried the ball 40 times a game look a his yards per carry. We also had two other backs the names, Nick Jackson 1013 yards 96' and Nick Valentine 357yards 97'. So lets try to keep our post close to accurate. And I believe the score was 13-7 LynnCamp going in to half time @ M-boro 97' and Pikeville only beats us by 1 point that year, my senior year.
