It was 6 to 1.

This was a hard fought game by both teams with many chances for both to pull away and win the game. Hats off to Carroll for not dropping their heads and losing heart. Keep it going Panthers....you guys have come a long way and have much more to prove....keep focused...School is almost over but there's a lot more baseball to be played and I believe this team has what it takes to keep the hits coming, make the plays that are needed and to perservere in the end.....GO PANTHERS!!!!:taz:

It should be an exciting game. I have to go with the Panthers in this one.

I would say that his is true for any team at any time. Their playing hard but they lack a surplus of Talent. People say that they'd rather have five player that play hard than five players with talent. These people do not last long in the coaching business.

I have seen this team play and I would have to disagree that they lack a surplus of Talent. Some do not feel free to shoot or try to make plays without the fear of making a mistake and then losing playing time because of it. Teams cannot perform well under fear...IMO players play better if they are relaxed and not worried about being benched because of a mistake made.

Carroll will play Campbellsville at 7:30 Monday evening

How did Matt Allen do for Carroll Co.

Matt Allen went 2 for 3, a double, single and a pop fly. 1 SB. I believe his average is over .500 and he is leading the team in RBI's and possibly singles. He is having a pretty good season.

Congrats and best of luck at Centre & at Lindsay Wilson. You will diffently be missed....seems like just yesterday we were in little league now on to college, how time flies, it's been real...hope you have a great college experience both on the field and in the classroom...hopefully we will meet up on the college field in the near future :dancingpa

Carroll is to play North Bullitt this Saturday the 15th assuming they can get on the field...time will tell!

Gallatin Co. won the 8th over Carroll Co. 62-49

Carroll has been getting better and better with each game. Should be a good match up... I have to go with the Panthers in this one, especially on their home court...:ylsuper:

Tryouts for the Ky Kings 17-18 year old teams will be held August 18 & 19 at Thomas More College. Times are, Saturday the 18th at 10:00 am and Sunday the 19th at 1:00 pm.

Do you know if this is a 2 day tryout where you have to attend both days or if you only need to attend 1 day.
