I would take Jr. He won something like 10 gold gloves in CF in his prime. Just as much as the 2 put together. He is more clutch than the 2 also and just as much power and average. And he would be the better one to have in the club house also.

This schedule is a tough one!!! Especially for a unexperienced team like CCH. Don't get me wrong, I have seen there scrimmages, they are very talented and are capable of beating every team on the list. I think the biggest question is the O and D lines, I dont know if they will be able to replace the ones they had last year.

Golf club by a long shot.

Rondo would contribute as a defender. The celtics would be pretty good, they have plenty of young talent. They could make this trade by moving some of their younger players and the no. 5 pick.
They need that one talented veteran that will spark this team. KG would fit perectly into this role an will be a leader to the young players. I could see this team being a force next year if hey get this kind of player.
-
Looking at the 4 teams, it's a fair assumption. Both Dixie and Indian Hill return starting QBs, receivers, and backs. CCH lost a lot, and it's only a matter of time for the new QB and receivers to click.
Anyone have any info from tonight??
Yeah that is the safest assumption. But I think it will be a great game between Dixie and CCH this year. The not so experienced returning state champs CCH against a big experienced Dixie.
-
I would guess Indian Hill and Dixie to be the 2 best passing teams at this point.
I am not sure about that one, CCH has some very good skill players that got a lot of time in JV last year and are looking forward to their varsity time. They have a few solid recevers and wings and the top 4 QBs all have some talent. I personally think, and from what my nephew has told me is that Shulte is the leading candidate for QB this year so far, but this could change.
-
I have a nephew on the team and he told me that they are having a 7 on 7 game with Indian Hill tomorrow. Does anyone know what time or where. And who else will the be playing during the off-season???

The Reds have a good nucleus of young players: Hamilton, Hopper, Phillips, Encarnacion, Bruce in a couple of years, Joey Votto, Harang, Bailey, Livingston, Salmon, McBeth, Bray, Coutlangus, Sarloos, and Majewski. In a couple of years they will be good, but not without help from management. They need to build for the future.
Trade away Dunn, Griffey (even though he is the best player on the team, he does not want to be here, he wants to win a Championship.), Hatteberg, Gonzalez, Lohse, Stanton, and Milton, for some young Bullpin help, because the rotation would be set, Harang, Arroyo, Belisle, Bailey, and Livingston. Then the bullpin would be Bray as a closer, McBeth as a 7th inning, or 8th inning guy along with Majewski because he will figure it out. Then find a good right handed shortstop to hit in the fourth spot and that won't make as many errors as Lopez and Gonzalez.
The lineup would be good in a couple of years:
Hopper- RF
Phillips- 2nd
Hamilton- CF
_______- SS
Encarnacion- 3rd
Votto- 1st
Bruce- LF
Ross- C
Pitcher spot- P
This isn't a bad line-up or tades. But why trade Hatteberg, Griffey, and Gonzo???? Hatteberg is a solid hitter and above average fielder and he gives you a great at-bat every time unlike players like Edwin and Ross. He also has some power. Griffey and Gonzo will give us depth and veteran leadership. And also some hitting.

I was thinking about seeing it, but thought it wouldnt be very good. But , Ive heard some good things about it.

For me it was between Hulk and Andre the giant. And that match Hulk was on top, as was on my vote.

I am not a Zambrano fan, he is a cry baby who trys to blame other people for his mistakes. Someone needs to teach this guy to grow up, he has a ton of talent, and it gets to his head.

Congrads Josh, good luck!!

Everybody's saying they need a good first basemen. I think Hatteberg has done a very good job to this team. He has brought leadership and experience to the club. He is also a great fielder and gives you a solid major league at bat every time he comes to the plate.
-
Congrads to Josh, well deserved to a great kid. I hope you make the best out of this opportuniy, and have fun!

Why are we trying to find out???

IMO, easily the worst of the three. The part in the middle when Peter had that Venom attitude and thought he was so cool was so painfully cheesy that I could barely stand to watch. I also thought the movie was lacking in action for a majority of the movie. The only positive to this movie would be the special effects which were great as expected.
I have to agree with you on this one. I think the other 2 were better, and there were a lot of cheesey parts in this one. But the special effects and the fightings were great.

I think Giesen LB fom CCH has chosen to go to Centre, but I'm not 100% possitive.
-
At 7, do the Vikings go with Peterson or Quinn?
I'd say Quinn. Now that they dont have brad johnson they need a QB
-
I say Kearns. He had so much talent and potential for a young guy. He could just never stay healthy.

I think the QB position is still up in the air between 2 or 3 players. Not sure who it is going to be yet. Not to sure on the WR position either I think there is like 3 or 4 candidates for the top 2 recievers.
