Did they have some tranfers.

Two schools would play NC Newport and Homes. In 1967 Highlands played NC. hell of a game NC quarterback was Jonny Rapp he was out that game. I think NC won 8 to 0.
-
97% To Continue there education, 69% were offered scholarships,52% completed at least one AP course, 14% scored a 30 are better on there ACT test not bad.
-
I bet it is not 23,000.
-
Hats off to No: 13 for Lloyd, the teams were late because of senior night and went to the locker room during the National Anthem, No: 13 stayed out by him self to surport the flag.
-
Sorry they are not 4 to 1 Highlands 1000 SC 2300
-
...well it would be like having two Highlands'.
And like 6 NCC
-
A lot of SK and Ryle and Cooper success has to do with population growth and increased enrollment. Has Highlands enrollement stayed steady or has Fort Thomas population declined or aged as people are having fewer kids? Is commercial development displacing homes? A lot of NKY cities are shoe horning new houses in anywhere they can. Is that the case in the fort?
No not at all they are up to around 1000 kids in there High School.

But I hear ya! The struggle is real for us smaller schools, especially the public schools. I'm not sure how we compete. Look at these numbers!
St H vs HHS - HHS plus 210 girls
HHS vs Ryle - Ryle plus 407 girls
HHS vs SK - SK plus 349 girls
HHS vs Camp Co - CC plus 280 girls
HHS vs Boone - Boone plus 185 girls
HHS vs Dixie - Dixie plus 166 girls
HHS vs Conner - Conner plus 148 girls
HHS vs Cooper - Cooper plus 108 girls
HHS vs ND - ND plus 90 girls
Yes RC 9 but you are not small, your conferance, Highlands 498, Scoot 451, Homes 401, Lloyd 279, St Henery 288, Newport 215, Beechwood 211, Holy Cross 174 New cath 151 Brossard 130, also in your district you are three times there size.

Tac first the season ends in june, then you have three week dead period, then summerball, and vacations thats why it is so late.
-
Ask your Coach he nominated. Can someone answer this, how does Highlands 2nd basement not get nominated with 1 error all year? This is a total joke by the coaches. JMO. -
Haley is the best ss I have seen in a long time. I hope she can play, she is the best 5 tool player on her team and in the region.

Highlands has a great athletic program. It's a great school and great community. As is Cov Cath. But he said "a bit more" which is hard not to agree with.
Golf - Cov Cath
Cross Country - I can safely say I have no idea. I know CCH has at least one state title. But has spent a lot of the time over the years in AAA while Highlands has been AA. But not sure who has been better.
Soccer - has been pretty even but Cov Cath with the state title gives them the nod.
Football - Highlands.
Swimming - I'd say Cov Cath is the #2 program in the state.
Basketball - Cov Cath by a lot as of the last 5 or so years. But was much more competitive before that.
Tennis - Cov Cath has something like 15+ straight regional titles. I think Highlands is in a different region but CCH has been better over the years.
Baseball - outside of the past two years, Cov Cath has been a much better program. Although it has been a while since their last regional championship. But are still the last NKY school to win state.
Track - Cov Cath has something like 19 regional championships the last 20 years. Highlands has a more recent state championship and has been very good. But over the years Cov Cath has been better and more consistent. Although Highlands has had some really good teams.
Highlands should be put in AAA not AA with there enrollment close to 1000.
-
Yes a very good player in Nate.
-
-
Hold on Jack your up and coming players Green and Posey both went to Catholic grade Schools, and not in FT.
-
I don't care if we went to Holly Cross, I was just letting you know he was enrolled at NCC.
-
Bellevue should be NO: 12 not Highlands.
-
He was not going to Highlands he was going to NCC before he went to Holy Cross.
-
How do you think they will vote, Highlands ? NCC seed, Newport seed, Belevue ? Dayton ?
-
Did the 36 District vote to seed or blind draw for next year
-
You got that, some should look at there own School.
-
Not to start anything but ST Joe's could become a feeder School for NCC, That would even out the numbers.
-
RCC9 Kids go to private Schools in FT then go to Highlands for High School, NCC may lose 10 to 20 to Highlands a year so what.
Newport Central Catholic 37 Newport 6
in KY Football (High School)

Newport is much better than this score.
