Being a rival, maybe not? But he said that he may want to come back to coaching after a couple years off, this is his 2nd year away correct?
Yes

I thought at first all the wind was coming from Paul Brown stadium.
-
They need that man in your display picture, that would fix all the problems.
I wonder if he would consider going to the bungles? Geesh I hope not.

I'm all for the Bengals success, but some changes need to be made in Cincinnati.
Agree, but they needed to make them years ago.

Unless Ashland can prove that they can pass the ball better than they have been, I will have to take Russell
Russell 27
Ashland 13

What date is the large school tournament?
-
Ironton having problems with the clock running too long after an incomplete pass.
Is that what Dicky said on the radio?

Elliott is not a lock to get out of the 16th region. East Carter, Bath County, and Ashland all very capable of beating them. And to say that their starting five is as good as any in the state is a foolish statement. Clark County, Scott County, Mason County, Hazard, J'town, Manual, Ballard all would thump Elliott if they played. If Elliott is one of the top teams in Ky then why are they not playing more top teams in Ky. I looked at their schedule and Mason Co. is the only top team in Ky that they are playing. ??????????????????????
Ashland is not capable of beating Elliott.

I thought GC was going to be better than this.

Wow, I was way off in my prediction for this game. I only had Ashland winning by a small margin. Was ashland that good tonight or is Pikeville just that bad?
I lost count how many time Pikeville turned the ball over. However Ashland took control of the game early and didn't look back. They were clicking both on offense and defense.

Congrats to the Tomcats on the win. A nice bounce back from last week's tough loss. I like to think my twins first ever Tomcat game was all the luck Ashland needed.
Way to start the little one's with a win LRCW.

Coach Copley isn't really coming out of the gates well @ Pikeville.
This score surprises me.
Wow, I didn't see this one ending up like this either.

Is this the regular season for middle school girls b-ball or are these tourneys? NKY schools don't have games until the Nov/Dec time frame.
Yes this is the regular season for middle school girls b-ball.

Russell 35
Boyd Co 12

Game 1 winner Boyle County
Game 2 winner Lexington Catholic
Game 3 winner Mercer County
Game 4 winner Covingtion Catholic
Game 5 winner Breathitt County

They already have, two more years.
Ouch!
-
That's your opinion, and I respect it, but maybe Ashland should prove they can beat a single A team before they are ranked above a Boyd Co. team that is 1-0, and beat a AAA team.

Ashland might want to reconsider signing a new contract with Raceland.
-
It could be ugly quick for Boyd Co.
-
Is he on the varsity team or strictly freshman team. I guess he left Rose Hill after the season started.
I don't know what team he is going to be on. He was on the side lines during the game Friday.

I'm sure Mr. Hart would be a really good coach anywhere he went. "IF" he can get the fan base behind him. Not crumble by getting beat by a "GOOD" football team. Hats off to Mr. Hart. It is a shame there are is not much backing. Just because you are a 1A school doesn't mean you are not a good football team.
What is coach Hart record at Ashland?
-
Am I missing something here. Who transfered to Ashland?
Ryan Whetsel.

They played in the Tip-Off Classic .Verity won both games the 7th grade won 45-26 and the 8th grade won 40-17. They play Tuesday night in Grayson.
What teams were in the tip-off classic?

Who looked good for the Tomcats?

Titans 24 Bengals 7

Bengals Def stats:
15th points allowed
21st yards per game
3rd passing defense
30th rushing defense
The next five games, NYG, CLE, DAL, NYJ, PIT. I don't see them getting any better. They are going to face the likes of Manning, Anderson, Romo, Farve, and Big Ben. The Bengals "D" in not going to get any better.
