  1. Melatonin. It is available in the vitamin section at walmart. It comes in 1 mg and 3 mg. I use the 1mg and just take half of it if I am having trouble falling asleep. You will sleep like a baby and wake up more rested than you could imagine. No hangover sleepiness like you get with Tylenol PM. I know it is safe; it was recommended by my kid's pediatrician! SWEET DREAMS!

  2. Ok, there was three seconds on the clock, and it was second down. Nicholas County took a knee on first down, and then the Pendleton County head coach gave a slit the throat signal and the whole defense lined up on the line of scrimmage. When the ball was snapped the whole defense went for the qb. They piled up on him and his knee was caught in an akward position and it probably tore his acl or mcl.

     

    Very unfortunate, sounds unsportsmanlike to me.
