As a close personal friend of coach Hinson, and working very close with Bracken Co. basketball over the past 15 yrs. I would love to see Coach Hinson come back to BCHS. He would be a great fit here, but I think the timing here is very bad for that to happen. St. Patrick is a great place for him to be also.

I wish all the crying about the officials would stop. This game is in the books! Clark County is the 10TH REGION CHAMPIONS!!! Let it go give the cards the credit. Clark can go to state and Mason can go play baseball.

Listened to the game on the radio. It sounded like a great game to attend. It is too bad either team had to lose.

 

On a side note, it is really odd that the Mason County local newspaper would print an article on the front page of the paper about a Sweet Sixteen celebration (organized by Mason County fans) before the regional semi-finals. That is really tempting fate and karma.........not a good idea. It seems that the article could have been held back for a few more days.

This is a whole new season, its hard tellin whats going to happen today! I''ll be there! Its March i'm not pickin anybody.

This is the way i think it will go:

Harrison County 38th winner vs. Montgomery County 40th runner-up

Mason County 39th winner vs. Scott 37th runner-up

Clark County 40th winner vs. Deming 38th runner-up

Bishop Brossart 37th winner vs. Augusta 39th runner-up

I think the Montgomery game will be alot closer than people think.

I hope you are joking Devilman. You and the Polar Bears don't have the talent to beat the Royals on our worst day. Must have been something extra in "grandmas cough syrup" if you believe what you said above.

I respect Mason Co. basketball, coach O'Hearn and all the Mason Co. tradition but its little comments like this from some Mason Co. fans that upset me. I'm from Bracken County and I know that there is a decent chance that Mason Co. will blow us out of the gym, but people don't have to make goofball comments like this. Maybe thats why all other 16 teams in the 10th region root against Mason Co. during the season.

Good the only thing I don't like about him going to Michigan St. is BIG TEN. I hate the big ten.

They have games coming up against St.Patrick,Augusta, (winless)Williamstown,Deming and Calvary Christian. 5 games they should win,but could possibly lose 4. Is the 39th district a draw or seeded?

The 39th draw is Wed. morning
