This should be the game on WFTM.
-
25-24 Augusta leads at the half.
The only other info I have is there have been some easy shots missed and Augusta's shooting fairly well from the Free Throw line.
-
You wouldn't be hearing from WFTM anyway. They'll be carrying the St. Pat/Bracken game.
This is true.
I considered making the drive, but a trip of that size just isn't too appetizing in this weather.
-
If anyone will be able to provide me with updates of this game while it is in progress, I'd appreciate it. Normally I'd either be there or listen to it from their TV channel, but I'm not close enough to do so. Also, they (WFTM) don't stream game audio over the web either.

Congrats to Chris. He's a fine player and a very tough competitor.

I haven't seen it yet, but I've been told that for Augusta, they state that they lose two starters, Gallagher and Hargett. Gallagher was a guard and Hargett started. I (Hargett) heard that i was deemed the 6th man. Can anyone confirm this?

Augusta was 10-1 at one point. They ended up with the first seed in the Varsity "B" tournament. I think they ended up 11-4 or close to it. The JV has really shown promise too
-
I'm guessing Joe is saying they're fighting.
True... thanks Clark, I didn't realize my message was so dificult to understand

Please show me where I predicted Brossart winning the 10th?????????? I promise you that I predicted Pendleton winning the 10th in every thread on the subject!!!! I thought Brossart would be anywhere from 2nd-4th last year, based on having to replace 7 seniors; albiet with an undefeated (A fact that seems to facinate the PC faithful????) JV team. It's not easy to replace classes like Brossart's '06 class, as you're about to find out.
Regarding "individual experience", what other kind is there?? Are you saying because the incoming juniors and seniors other than Belcher, sat and watched their fine teams the last couple of years; this will prepare them for varsity competition??
On the last matter, I'm sure BB will show up and try to beat the "experienced" Cats when the opportunity arises!! Time will tell??
This website is called bluegrasspreps.com. It is a forum about Kentucky High School basketball. Panther said that Pendleton County would finish 7th next year in the 10th. I disagreed with him and said I think they will finish higher. That is just my opinion. I'm sorry if this made anyone angry.:fight: :fight: :fight:

As one of his best friends, I congratulated him at school, but I will further congratulate him. Oh, and don't forget who burned that DVD for you.

All a matter of opinion

I think Augusta will be the suprise team next year, being lead by Seniors Josh White and Jeremy Hardymon. Look for Coach Kelsch and the Panthers to make some noise next year.
Groves will have many high scoring nights and Cummins will be a nice and quick defensive presence. Also, Augusta brings back Dustin Staggs in next year's line-up.

I see Mason as 2nd, or possibly 3rd, but definitely Clack County as #1
-
Harrison should be number 1.
-
I plan on joining their section to see if anyone notices.
-
Lofton was getting bombarded by all kinds of people tonight... I'd say his autograph signing hand is tired.
-
As always, some questionable calls... but congrats Mason CO.

:fight: :flame: :fight: :fire:
It's gettin rough in here. I say Clark by 7. 68-61

I've been in a game where the ref didn't allow a second shot. Team A missed the first, team B rebounded and got a layup. the scorekeeper(s) called the referees over. They decided the time on the clock at that time stayed and the basket counted. and team A got another shot from the line. Not sure if this is the correct way to go about it. But it's what happened.
-
I'm not seeing a team like this year's or last year's for a while..
-
Seems to me they thought they'd come in and roll 'em over... they'll get a chewing during half-time.
