As you see the kids have the Pedigree it's all about developing these girls that are all from the small town of Paris...we forced 19 TOs and turned it over 24 times ourselves...15 unforced.. some due to being nervous 1st game...if you dont come to play the Ladyhounds will knock you off w excellent halfcourt sit down D...Mason Co top 10 player in the region was held to 3pts. This team gives me the feel of the boys Paris team of 2017 that won the All A State Championship when they were Fresh Soph and Jrs. Ladyhounds will still take lumps because of TOs and lack of depth but nxt year they will be favored to Win the All A and contend for the District championship where Clark Co has reigned supreme.

  2. It's exciting that the season is here, we will see how things pan out. I don't know of a team that started 2 sophomore, 1 freshman and 2 eighth graders last year, and were able to compete, the Ladyhounds weren't too shabby for what they were working with. Bodies are developing and so is the knowledge of the game. 3 of the 5 starters for Paris play all summer long and have had multiple D1 interests, so who knows, at the end of the season, you and I will be having an intersting convo I am sure. As to that GRC second string jargon....have you ever seen the Ladyhounds play, and seen what GRC has left after their starting 4?? And yes I said 4. Ok message me later and we will discuss lol.

  3. This thread is very interesting.....I see people speak about college looks....if you have an official offer....then you are on that level, some of the kids you name in this thread have NOT received any official offers, but a FEW have. Looks mean nothing, I know for a fact that 3 out of Paris' five starters that DO play summer ball have had multiple D1 interests since the summer ended, so I guess we will see how this years season goes.

  4. Zoe doesn't play summer ball, she doesn't plan to play on the next level, but should she be considered as one of the top players in the 10th Region to look out for, Yes. She has a 4.0 GPA and passed her ACT I hear in 7th grade and skipped a grade. She played summer ball the year before last with Central Ky Storm, and when they attended the Junior NBA Regional, to qualify to play against the world, she averaged 30pts per game. Paris is a unique team, because on any given night, any of the starting 5 could give you 20 and 10. I got to glimpse at them this summer against Harrison(beat by 40), Nicholas(beat by 25 twice) that are in the region and they didn't press once. However, it was only summer. Should be an interesting year.
