  1. I can't fairly say that Keifer impacts the game more than Igo, because I have not seen Igo play this year. But Keifer is an incredibly disruptive in a variety of ways. Averages a double-double and the difference she makes on the defensive side of the ball is huge. Best girls player I've seen this year by far.

Igo can play...she runs her team and makes the right plays...Kiefer just swallows you up on defense and can score the basketball...if I'm not mistaken she is a better Volleyball player...Wow she is athletic and can move.

  2. Paris 14-1 Brossart 13-1

Semifinals of the All-A Region tomorrow night at Roberterson Co. Brossart will go into the game as a favorite simply because of experience and Keifer. Ladyhounds are growing up before our eyes and are having the best season since 1991...whichever team can handle the other teams defensive pressure will win the game. Brossart will try and force the ball inside to their All-American and Paris will try to stop it. Paris has 4 starters that average double digits, Brossart just 1.

I'm rolling with the Ladyhounds scoring in transition with their speed and athleticism and closing it late on the line.

  3. By the way, there are not a lot of players listed on the assists, blocks and steals category cause a lot of teams don’t turn in those stats. Kentucky has no official place to report those. So being in the top 5 OUT OF FIVE is nothing to post about

You are speaking of schools not posting.....the ones you are mentioning to be so great in the 10th are. You have GRC, Campbell, Brossart, Scott. That's why they are on that list, this is a 10th region list, not state wide.

  4. Haha ok. But if Mallory, Kylie or Jalyn played the schedule Strings plays and or were the only really good player on their team like Strings all three would average more ppg, steals, assists than Strings IMO. Who you play against matters a lot IMO

LOL now you are talking my language but not listening to what you are speaking. Do you not see that 3 OTHER Ladyhounds are ranked in the region in points??? Check out all the other categories. Not sure how you are breaking down this game, but if Zoe was all they had, she would average at least double what she is now. If she was all they had, they wouldn't be 14-1. 4 of their starting 5 average double digits and their 5 is right behind averaging 8.5pts which is the point guard.

  5. I am totally great with you hyping Zoe as a good player. But you seem to overstate her relative to the other top players in Kentucky. Is there any statewide ranking that even has her in the top 100? Any All-state honors from coaches?

Again, I’m sure she’s a good player. And sounds athletic, how tall is she?

Can you answer my question posted above though? Over a hundred thousand dollars to be had for playing a game yet she’s just not interested? Especially for someone coming from a small school, how can she pass up such a chance? It just makes it harder to believe your statement “she would go D1 easily”.

They are probably in your local newspaper, ours always keeps us updated, Ivan Rice stays on top of it here in little ole Paris. 20200112_144904.jpg

  6. As I stated, my fiance is an assistant coach and gets the 10th region rankings weekly in all categories, but there is also a guy on twitter travis scaggs that posts stats also. To address the college opportunity issues, some kids don't want to play on the next level, offered or not, especially when you can get everything paid for academically. She skipped a grade and has already scored extremely well on her ACT. She played summer ball one year in her life in 2018 and played for Central Ky Storm. She was the second leading scorer in the inaugural Jr NBA Midwest regional averaging I think it was 27pts per game. Ball just isnt life for her, academics are.

  7. Yes stats may be inflated...were talking apples to oranges here...Creech was a household name because of all the points against subpar competition I'll give you that but the young lady knew how to play the game...Zoe plays to be playing and like I've stated over and over if she was serious about basketball she would go D1 easily....you can't teach length and athleticism you can only enhance it.

  8. So know your throwing shade on Creech...who is making noise out of KY in college? Creech made all tourney team as a soph at WKU...You seem to be intelligent but unwilling to get my point...I've said in every language known to man that she cares nothing about college ball but if she did you would be on here singing another tune...she plays ball from Oct til Mar and anyone with 2 eyes or 4 would say who is this? We play the heavy weight Bishop Brossart in the All A Tues...Would love to reserve you a court side seat.

  9. You know that I'm reppin the Ladyhounds...But I'm unsure why all the shade...If you produced stats about a player that I wasn't sold on I would be like man she's putting in that work...Bro she is playing basketball for Recreation she's not interested in playing ball in college...what's that say about the other girls that play for every team in the state to be seen and she's still better. Do you not go by stats...

  10. Tonite the young Ladyhound take on the giants of the 40th District Lady Cardinals of GRC...if you guys remember I posted earlier about Zoe Strings and all i got was oh she dont play AAU and all this jargon...my take on the Ladyhounds this year is you dont know which squad will show up and record is still 12-1...they are playing who's on the schedule...GRC is battled tested this year w one of our homegrown girls Bre Byars...good luck tonite!! For those doubting Zoe Strings check these Regional Numbers.
