Davis was the one ejected. Referees thought it was appropriate. In the first quarter, 3 personal fouls and a flagrant face mask were called on Newport and one personal foul was called on Holy Cross. There was a lot of trash talking both ways and players on both sides losing their cool. There is nothing I said that was not true. You are not going to bait me into a Rule 6 violation.

Where was the face mask?

There was hit on the HC QB near me that was out of bounds with the hit beginning on the yellow line continuing to the running track. I can't confirm if that was Davis or not. Rough game. Four or five personal fouls in first quarter.

False on the Davis account. Let’s be real about the team who was not playing a clean game.

No decision will be made till late April or early May. Grant just got off of spring break and will begin interviews shortly.

It’ll be tough to find a coach. A lot of coaches will already be commited to a team in May. It’s asking a lot to have them leave then to hire a staff and all.

I heard that Coach Woolf was going to keep most of the current staff except for a few.

His staff will be key to his success. I’ve heard the two tops assistants under Lickert are going to NCC.

I hope so, he has a young son and is very involved with the youth. He was an assistant when I was playing 11 or 12 years ago. Awesome guy and the kids and parents love him.

HC from Bourbon Co. is who I was hearing.

From what I’m hearing they have no HC yet. Been turned down a couple times now.

How long has Chad Montgomery been in place? I’ve heard great things about him, but obviously the record doesn’t reflect that.

SK loses a great qb. But they also get one back Brenan Kuntz is the new qb coach at SK.

I believe this is true. There is a posting on the KHSAA website where they are looking for coaches.

Dayton has a nice looking kid. I don’t know his full name but JJ. Kid is working hard and getting stronger.

Interviews have started from what I hear. Big name HC has supposedly applied from NKY.

Not sure what some posters are basing the good/great coach comments on for the Camel's last coach.

The kicking game were squib kicks all year. Ray Charles could read the offense, and the defense was (like most other Highlands guys) is what Mueller ran when he played there, but without the personnel. All very vanilla. His strong points are that he is a great young man that promotes loyalty to the team and school.

I don't think that experience is that important for the new coach(as coaches can be very bad for a long time). Personally would love to see Coach Mason next/this year.

So the second highest scoring offense is CC history was basic and readable? I would imagine a lot of their opponents would say otherwise.

Coach Mason is a great coach. Are they going to hire a coach without a teaching certificate is the question.
