Union employees don't get promotions. It doesn't work that way. I did just accept a bid to a day shift job though. I lose a couple of bucks an hour but I'll be able to make that up with some OT. I won't have to swing shifts anymore though so I am happy about that. One of the best places to work in the state. Hands down.

Okay, you go confront that person next time and take up for your coach and when the altercation becomes physical and you lose your job then at least you can go home and be proud because you took up for your coaching staff.

"Going to ask them some questions too"? Okay, from what i read on this thread it sounded like it was a pretty tense situation. Maybe when i was 18, 19, 20 years old and had nothing to lose then I would "ask some questions". Now that I am older and understand that the situation could escalate and the person in the stands isn't worth my time or effort, and my career and reputation isn't worth losing i would just walk to the locker room or bus without acknowledgement.

But you "don't care who it is or where we are". Guess you have nothing to lose.

They shouldn't but they do. Happens at every level. If a coach reacted to people in the stands then it would turn into the Pacers and Ron Artest almost every game. Your always gonna have "that guy" show up in the stands.

Adams has to be better than that. No response is best. I'm sure he's not the first coach to ever have a derogatory comment fired his way........it comes with the territory. And if you are a really good coach then you will hear more of it, take it as a compliment. If you react/respond then you are a Pitino leaving Rupp.

Carson Williams had another dunk over two of the defenders that was amazing. His strength and leaping ability is fun to watch in the open court on plays like this one.

It's Larry Bird like leaping ability!

Also. Mercer County went right at Colton Elkins all night with success. And Boyle had no answer for Will Hager.

Yes, they attacked the rim all night. Hager looked big out there. He was a load going to the basket.

I completely missed this one, i thought it was going to be a lot closer. Boyle went to Elkins a couple times early and he got a couple of easy buckets, they didn't go to him much after that. This was definitely a good experience for Boyles young guards, i like their game but they were just physically outmatched tonight.

Also, i thought this was on it's way to being a 35 point game until Adams got a T. The refs called everything on Mercer after that which slowed the pace and kept it close.

I think this is going to be a really close game! Mercer by 3 or 4.

I guess the computer doesn't care if Mercer is blowing out bad teams. We do have a tournament at the end that will take care of everything.

I know, right. Montgomery and Wayne are terrible.

Did Hoptown play tonight? That seems like a tough call for Wayne to play Mercer and Htown back to back.
