As a Mayfield fan, I have no problem with the Williamsburg was better team today comments. Obviously you can always point to the scoreboard. But we have been on the short end a few times Danville and Ft Knox and Bardstown on occassion. Would Mayfield win more than half the time in 10 gamescagainst this WB team? Yes but only 6-4 or 7-3 tops

Feel bad for WB. Great catches by receivers. Good line play. QB outstanding. Mayfield was opportunistic. Great play call on the first play in O T to Bright. WB should have gone for the chip shot.when down 8.

Im amazed they switched QBs honestly. Took a Mayfield kid to get them on track.
Not what I meant. That is somewhat ironic though. Glad for all/both of them.

Somewhat poetic that if Graves County had beaten Mayfield, they may not have changed the QB situation and might not be where they are this week. It worked out for both teams.

John Hardin 10-0 with 7:38 left in the half.
Graves missed FG but roughing kicker. Still 10-0

Trajon Bright set 2 school records tonight. Rushing yards in a season and TD's in a season. Congrats to Trajon on those records. The play he out ran #5 down the sideline was impressive. His acceleration is ridiculous!
Defense looked pretty stout once again. I think it will be tough to score much on this group. Overall I thought it was a great performance from the big red machine.
I don't thinks that Trajon broke the school record. Jonathan Jackson had over 30 one year I thought. I believe that the Paducah Sun was incorrect. And the stadium announcer used that information. I believe that he passed his father (Mikey)'s one year total.

Bright put on a show, if he gets a seam.....look out
How many yards did Trajon end up with for the game? Had to be over 200.

Got to give Joe "Soup" Morris some credit for going 14-1 with such a young team. His call on the first play ultimately decided it. And he is now 84 - 6 in the last 6 yrs and 4 titles.
