Scott hasn't played NCC for several seasons now. Scott is playing Cooper. Beechwood requested to play us as they did with most of the schools on their schedule. I believe our new AD needs to update that schedule.
-
Morgan did have 4 goals but only 2 assists. Morgan, Trenkamp, Hegerty, and Wolf played much better together but they still have a lot of work to do. All 19 available Varsity players got to get in the game which is good. Beechwood worked hard and didn't give up. I can defiantly see that program improving over the next couple years.

I have that the game is at 7pm
-
Seriously......our first ejection and no press........I'm disappointed...
It wasn't Scott
-
Devin talked to Luke personally and there is not and has not been any "academic issues". Yellowcard this isn't the first time you have been given inaccurate information....maybe you need to find some new sources.
-
Not sure but he told Devin today that he was hoping to get in.....

 oh this thread is going to be good

Come out to NKU tonight and watch Mr. Treadway take the field with UK; game starts at 7pm.

It is always hard transitioning back to High School soccer after watching club but I didn't think Scott or NCC looked very good last night. It looks like NCC needs to work on finishing as much as Scott needs to work on possession. I would have liked to see Trenkamp on the field a little more. Scott will need Morgan, Hegerty, Trenkamp, and Wolf to all be on the same page if they want to get anywhere this season. Scott's coach did make sure that every player from our JV and Varsity teams got a chance to play last night. Honestly, it was a better showing from Scott than I expected and I'm looking forward to a fun season with these guys.....my last HS season for a few years anyway.

Chandler will not be playing in goal or on the field for GRC as he has chosen to sit this High School season out.
-
22 rising seniors??... Oh my goodness, Scott won't even have 22 on the roster and half of the players on the varsity roster will have to play JV.
-
I know this was set up as a class of 2015 commitment list but I am very proud to announce that Devin Morgan who plays for Scott High School has made a verbal commitment to attend and play soccer for Marshall University (D1) for 2016.

Ryle is the location on our schedule but it has not been confirmed.
-
By all means Yellow Card if you know all those names then please list them! I would love to know who they all are but I wouldn't want to only single a few out.

Scott 2 Campbell County 1
in KY Boys Soccer (High School)
Posted
Scott was awarded a free kick from about 20 yards out 12 minutes into the first half. Morgan took the shot which came off the goalkeepers hands and was then handled by another Campbell County player. Scott was awarded the PK which Morgan buried into the net. Scott's second goal came about eight minutes later with Erik Hegerty scoring off a through ball from Morgan. Campbell County scored about halfway through the second half due to a defensive breakdown. Morgan had multiple opportunities to score in the second half including two 1 v1's but just couldn't get them to find the net. If Morgan had been on form the score could have easily been 5 or 6 to 1.
