What a game.. Two weeks in a row for the colonels it came down to a last second kick just this time we were on the winning side. What a freshmen QB the purple flash have.

Fant from BG is D.1 no way around it. Only a Junior and little on the small side but is the 2nd best skill kid I've seen behind Quick from Trinity..

BG by alot with no disrespect to Henderson. Speed with size will be hard to match. Running the inside and outside veer is a great scheme but with no break away back can lead to long drives with possible turnovers. This is Henderson case so far in the season. BG is the class of WKY and it's been that way for awhile.

Henderson County is one of the few team that run the split-back veer. Their QB does a good job of running thier offense and is above average throwing the ball. In recent years Henderson struggles with teams that have speed but at the end of the year they hit their peek at the right time. Should make it the semis this year but dont seeing them beating Trinty/St.X(no surprise). Everybody else they can play with in 6A.
Christian County is trying this year to have only one way players. Last year the Colonels started out the gate strong but struggled late in the year with injuries and players loosing their legs due to playing both sides of the ball. Not as sharp as last season early on but this was expected with many new faces playing different positions. Bright sports so far has been the the QB who's throwng it well (260 last week) and the play of Corey Mosely who has rushed over 400 yards and around 200 receiving. He's one the most under-rated players in the state. should be a good game with size vs speed.

Clarksville NE is rated no.5 in 5a football in Tenn. Thier QB has 5 scholarship offers from 6 SEC schools and their RB has D1 offers as well. Their the real deal but not West Creek.. PT wins by 30 0r more.

I agree about the loss to WC looked bad. It was bad very bad. Road wins over Madisonville, Lone Oak and Henderson all were in BG preps top 10.
-
14th come on now.. finish 10-2 last year with the majority of starters back. 5A is pretty deep then.

No love for Christian County..
